Your safeguarding culture is key – represented in KCSIE and explored within an inspection. Can you define it? Is it understood by everyone, and can it be seen and tested ? Are YOU happy that it is effective  and secured with robust evidence?

We will explore how you develop and evidence your culture of safeguarding within a whole school approach,  with time for discussion and reflection.
