Safeguarding Network have partnered with South West Grid for Learning (SWGfL) to offer our members free use of SWGfL's Whisper® Anonymous Reporting Tool up until 31st July 2026.
SWGfL's Whisper® Anonymous Reporting Tool
Whisper is an anonymous reporting tool, safeguarding thousands of young people, teachers, parents and carers across the UK.
- Young people, staff, parents and carers can use Whisper to highlight concerns and worries to a trusted adult (often a designated safeguarding lead).
- Whisper supports the reporting of online and offline issues and features anonymous live chat and SMS.
- With user-friendly features and complete security, Whisper provides an accessible reporting route to your community.
- Whisper can work within any environment, to safeguard young people, staff or parents & carers.

Safeguarding Network members can sign up using the discount code below. Members must be logged in to view the code and PDF Guide.
After the free use period, Whisper users can subscribe to paid versions, where primary, secondary, MAT and additional subscriptions are available.

Terms and conditions
- Offer Period: 1st May 2025 – 31st July 2026.
- Eligibility: Safeguarding Network members and SWGfL audiences not currently subscribed to Whisper.
- Free Access Duration: 1st May 2025 until 31st July 2026.
- Prior to 31st July 2026 users will be contacted regarding paid subscription options.
- To unsubscribe, members must notify SWGfL by 6th August 2026.
