We’ve written a short submission to a review child protection conference, based on our own experiences of poor practice, and concealed a significant number of the above errors within the document. You can download this document below. Your role is to identify and label as many as you can find – for example, the rule of optimism marked in the example in the image.

You can label the issues electronically or add them by hand and scan the document back in. This exercise, from our advanced safeguarding course, will help develop your skills in gate-keeping practice.
