Shrinking Services, Growing Needs

Who are we…

Safeguarding Network is an organisation that has grown in this context – acting to keep children safe while recognising the budgetary pressures faced by all. Our mission is to build greater confidence in safeguarding in schools through building the in-house capacity of designated safeguarding leads. We offer some of the structures and materials to ensure schools are meeting their requirements while saving the DSL valuable time with pre-prepared resources to support their work with their staff.

Members also have access to free initial safeguarding advice, opportunities for safeguarding CPD, audit tools, a safeguarding magazine, and significantly discounted training, e-learning and direct support.

Much of our advice and guidance is free to access at safeguarding.network/resources. We’ve kept our costs very low from £99+VAT a termcontact us for a tour of the site or read more at safeguarding.network/subscribe.

You can find out more about us, check out our resources, read one of our safeguarding insights or have a look at one of our more in-depth posts explaining wider issues such as parental responsibility or legal orders.
